Rachel Waters
Innovative Practice Officer
Rachel is in our Innovative Practice team. She works with practitioners in supporting them to develop, test and create new or improved ways of working, as well as identifying and sharing lessons from the implementation of new projects. Rachel is originally from Melbourne, where she was a criminal defence barrister at the Victoria Bar and the director of a not-for-profit disability support organisation.
